I have specialty training in Integrative Body Psychotherapy, a therapy that uses Breath Work to help you regain a sense of well being more rapidly than other therapies. This therapy helps alleviate depression, anxiety, and is highly effective for releasing trauma (PTSD) and stored emotion from the body. I am skilled in Inner Child and Reparenting Therapy, combining John Bradshaw's work with other empowering methods. I have successful experience with individuals, couples, children/adolescents, and families of all ages and backgrounds. My office is conveniently located near Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. In addition to in person therapy, I offer therapy and consultation via telephone and internet for clients outside of Los Angeles.
